# Locale Fallback Notice

## Purpose

Explicitly identifies English source content rendered on a localized route because a reviewed current translation is unavailable.

## Contract

- Renders only for a missing or stale translation fallback.
- Appears before the fallback content.
- States that the content is English and links to its canonical English page.
- Uses Block spacing.
- Composes the existing `Heading`, `Paragraph`, and `Link` components.
- Does not decide whether a translation is eligible; the application content selector owns that decision.

## Use

- Use before English content on a localized route when the requested translation is missing, stale, or unapproved.

## Do Not Use

- Do not render on English routes or on an approved translation whose source version is current.
- Do not use as a generic error, loading, or empty-state message.

## Accessibility

- Uses a labelled complementary landmark.
- Keeps its canonical English action keyboard accessible and visibly labelled.
