## Purpose
Title area for the `Related Projects` block.

## Contract
- Use only inside `Related Projects`.
- Uses `Heading` for the section title.
- Uses Block spacing so the heading aligns with other page blocks.
- Uses half of `Block` bottom spacing below the title so the header connects to the related grid without touching it.
- Does not render cards or actions.
