Portfolio design system
A live design system where owner feedback, agent implementation, component rules, and public pages evolve together.
What it is
A custom design system behind the Post-AI Systems portfolio. It defines reusable components, tokens, page templates, interaction states, article layouts, use-case cards, and component essences inside the same repo as the public site.
What it solves
It keeps fast agent-assisted UI work from becoming random. Changes are reviewed in the live site, named as reusable components, documented as essences, and folded back into the system so future agent work has stronger context.
How it works
The owner reviews real pages and gives direct feedback. Codex updates components, layouts, Markdown snapshots, and design-system documentation in the repo. Preview pages expose the actual components, while the resulting lessons are compressed into rules, tokens, and essences for later work.
Why it matters
This use-case shows an agent-assisted design system built directly around a real portfolio site. The system turns visual decisions, component behavior, page templates, Markdown content, and owner review into reusable rules instead of one-off UI changes.
