Agent Resource
Making proven AI workflows reusable across projects
About this project
Four independently versioned packages are available: OpCon Graph 0.3.0, Backlog 0.1.0, Development Log 0.2.0, and Design System 0.2.0. Agent Resource uses the package model itself and has completed real migrations, compatibility checks, and a reversible PostgreSQL pilot.

Project brief
Agent-ready context
Problem
Useful agent workflows begin as prompts or Markdown roles, then drift across projects without clear versions, installation state, validation, migration safety, or recovery paths.
System
A Git-backed package repository extracts proven workflows into independently versioned capabilities with contracts, configuration, roles, templates, tooling, tests, installation boundaries, and development history.
Input
Compared project implementations, validated local lessons, legacy data constraints, package contracts, migration evidence, and explicitly approved reusable behavior.
Output
Installable OpCon Graph, Backlog, Development Log, and Design System packages that preserve project-specific data, local overrides, and target-project authority.
Evidence
Agent Resource 1.8.3 contains four versioned packages. Its Backlog migration preserved 14 work items and 62 relationships, while an OpCon Graph PostgreSQL pilot imported and recovered 1,572 records, 288 raw containers, and 845 typed relationships before the implementation returned to Markdown.
Status
Working internal package repository. It has no marketplace, SaaS platform, central management UI, or automatic cross-project updates, and package adoption still requires a read-only audit and target-project approval.
